Pair of throw over panniers, saddlebags. Straps over seat adjust from approx 300mm up to 450mm, meaning they are adaptable to most seat sizes. Can be tied to pannier brackets, sissy bars etc if required. Made from pvc with sizes on pictures above. Approx sizes are (as they are a little flexible) width 480mm, height 310mm, depth 160mm.
